We are pleased to announce the
successful completion of an independent peer review of our accounting
and auditing practice. As a condition of membership in the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), we are required to be
reviewed by a peer CPA firm once every three years. We received a peer review rating of pass,
the highest possible rating. We
take great pride in this achievement.
Our peer review was conducted by Demetrius & Company,
L.L.C., a CPA firm based in Wayne, New Jersey. The reviewer first
determined that we have an adequate quality control system, and then
checked the work we perform in a representative sample of our accounting
and auditing engagements. After thorough study of our policies and
procedures, the reviewer concluded that our firm complies with the
stringent quality control standards established by the AICPA. Our firm
is committed to periodic peer reviews to foster quality performance.
